These are the cartridges from 6 months ago, but when I look on the HP Smart app, it shows they still have ink levels (levels are over halfway).
I have already attempted to clean the cartridges with a small amount of rubbing alcohol on a lint-free cloth, and have yet to see any changes in the printing quality (or lack of). I haven't been able to print, any time I try to print anything (test pages, documents, status reports, etc.) the page is blank, with very light lines of ink showing sporadically on the page. I recently have been trying to print on my Deskjet 3755 after not using it for at least 6 months.
